The mangers treat me and other co-workers like they are beneath them, like they are a waste of time and never get anything right. We are treated like trash.

Don't expect everyone to just know how to do things they have never done before. Better training. Stop using the motto "Sink or Swim". Stop insulting employees especially in front of others.

If they would actually work together as a team and not try to be in competition and not refuse to help fellow co-workers it would make for a better and more productive work environment.

They need to treat their employees much better and have respect for them. They need to stop yelling at them and criticizing them in front of costumers, or anyone really. Give more time for tasks.

I had a good manager to interview me. Very helpful in explaining things as this was my first job after being a stay home mom for 16 years. She is now a family friend.
