Everyone is stressed out. Sometimes tensions peak and people snap at eachother. There is pressure to perform and work is done quickly and hap-hazardly. No time to stop and think or improve on things as a manager.

Out of necessity a culture is developing at store level that is burning out employees and salaried managers.
