
Overall they treat me pretty well. Definitely pass managers I worked with.
Better training, better hiring processes. And better communication through the whole team from top to bottom.
If you do your job, managers will leave you alone to do your work. I would say that's the best thing about the environment of the store.
Mine was a long time ago. But the manager interviewing me was excited to hire me. Went pretty smoothly. And felt good after it.
They took some things away from workers over the years. Changed how they did yearly raises. (Raises use to be more, now it's just a percentage) The company use to put money into your 401k themselves. But stopped that years ago. Just to name a couple of things.
