I love working for Aimbridge, my region, and hotel. The structure of our region is excellent. We are given fair goals and tools to exceed them. I think I was low balled for salary. My performance exceeds my salary. Going to the GM conf. should be a given. I'm upset we are not valued enough to go.

Love my hotel, team, & region. Satisfied with ownership's understanding that major capital expenses for building & equipment are essential to success. Love being given the opportunity to compete. Unhappy with the bland brand Aimbridge presents. Need more depth. Need more recruiting of young talent.

At least for my direct leader, he absolutely invests in me, my growth, and continues to make me a better manager.

Having a culture. Attracting young talent. Being more competitive when hiring new managers and GMs. Accountability for the constant restructuring of HR, Talent Acquisition, Accounting, Tax, Recruiting, and different risk mgmt.

I think I was low balled on salary. Was hired just coming out of COVID and ownership wasn't offering fair GM salaries. Now we our performing at an extremely high level and my salary should reflect that.

Being able to support my team and guests. Being able to fight for capital improvements with building repairs and equipment. Having an engaged, self-sufficient team. Celebrating successes. Being recognized. Being coached on things that will be me grow and compete for the next gig. Feeling supported.

What is most positive is the ability for everyone to be their true authentic self. We encourage growth and development. The culture of the region is great too. Helping one another and training is always available. Our regional leaders recognize us and stay positive. We are held accountable.

I feel empowered to lead with creativity and be my true authentic self. I believe my team feels the same way. Our regional leadership is fair, supportive, and recognizes wins while holding us accountable. Our region has a culture but Aimbridge as a whole does not.

LOVE my team. We have a culture at our hotel. We keep things fun, supportive, open, but completely competitive. I love my boss and his boss as they align often with my values. Within our region I believe we have a culture and I appreciate it.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
It's ridiculous that whenever Aimbridge rolls out and promotes the GM Conference, Sales Conference, or any company initiative, that my region is immediately told to hold off or that we are not allowed to register or enroll. It is demoralizing that we are not allowed to participate. Not valued.

Quarterly & Annual Incentives. Although every quarter there are issues with data and bonuses being paid out correctly. If I don't mention RPI % change or GSS, my bonus could be missed by corporate. Big problem. I think I've missed out on bonuses because SVPs & RVPs didn't take the time.

My team is AMAZING. I have a team of motivated, creative, and empowered associates. Everyone is excited to perform at a high level. My team is competitive and not afraid to share their feedback. Everyone cares about being #1. I feel being a high performing GM should allow me to attend GM events.

I LOVE my team and my hotel. I love the opportunity to compete and perform on a daily basis. I find that the opportunity for growth is readily available if you put in the work. I am happy because my bosses ALWAYS support me and my team. I love being recognized and celebrating team wins.
