They treat me like a person. They care about themselves and us as a team. They make me laugh and make work less taxing.

I get to interact with guests, I get to help people find the right space to host their meeting at our hotel, which is what I enjoy!

I would like to be paid what my experience is worth, and offered a salary that fits that. The benefits also do not justify the pay, as they don't allow me to save enough to make up for the inadequate pay.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
I like my hotels leadership team because they are genuine. Welcoming; and support us as people. As for Aimbridge leadership, I don't k ow them and don't think they care about anyone who's not a titled official, knowing who they are. And that's fine with me as long as they don't trouble me or my job
