Even though I think there are many things that could be improved, I think they are possible. I think if the company as a whole at the top level commits to being present at the property it will make the whole staff feel appreciated. My personal issues stem from management style of a specific manager

Most of my team is incredibly hardworking people who enjoy being around one another. On my sales team specifically the team is strong and we back each other up.

I feel that here is unequitable treatment going on at my property and throughout the company. I feel as though certain employees are held to a higher standard than others, and it makes it hard to complete the tasks at hand when the goalpost is constantly being changed.

At my property, I feel that the hourly staff really does their jobs well. Most of them are extremely hardworking and know what they need to get done. Many have been here for many years and are left to do their own thing and are trusted, which most prefer.

OEM Sales Managers are not paid fairly compared to the market. I understand the initial reason for this pay structure but it makes it hard to maintain the salary quoted upon hiring. I also think corporate does not support staff onsite during success and loss, and we feel very disconnected.

Communication needs to be better. It should be easier to find out our benefits, how to change them, etc. As an OEM Sales Manager I think it's ridiculous that we are asked to clock out for lunches when we are already asked to work over 50 hours a week to just maintain our quoted salary.
