I feel like a work hard and have learned a lot. I've had unexpected opportunities for travel to assist other hotels which I have really enjoyed. I've been in hotels for 15 years and have wisdom to share. However, I don't feel like my pay is fair for the number of hours I commit to the hotel.

Most of our team is caring and light hearted. They care about our guests and our property. They work hard and laugh often.

Because my ownership is not active, my Regional is not very invested in our property. Our Regional sales is very active in our property and with our sales staff.

Other people in my position in my area earn a higher base pay. When I took this position I was told that I was expected to work 10 hour days, which I do. But my pay is figure on an 8 hour day.
