I believe my team strives to achieve the same goals and has a similar view of the "bigger picture". Most of my team consistently displays support and assistance when needed.

I believe the scale of the company can contribute to some feelings of undervalue as it can be difficult to individually value everyone. The salary compensation is fair; however, the amount of administrative responsibility along with deadlines/trainings/meetings makes work/life balance scarce.

I feel as though there could be additional above property support as my direct manager has a vast portfolio. My direct manager is wonderful, but I feel as though a smaller portfolio could benefit multiple managers. Additionally, feedback seems to be more focused on negatives rather than positives.
