When I help others at work.
Communication, inclusion, transparency, showing genuine compassion/care for their employees, trust, and allowing others the opportunity to grow
I like that the corporate side of the company is all about giving people chances and helping get you to where you want to be.
The employees are all different colors, shapes and sizes, but we all care about each other. We all make sure we are doing ok, and if we're not - the slack gets picked up.
I have expressed many times that I am interested in furthering my career, I would like to be trained to do so, or at least be reimbursed for schooling - my manager puts this off. How can I grow and learn and get paid more if I am being neglected of the opportunity?
