Everyone is truly amazing and genuinely cares about the well-being of others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they really make an effort to put emotional, physical, and family health first.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be fairly transparent, which is integral for a good internal company culture

Everyone is exceptionally kind and you can really tell that people are invested in getting to know you on a personal level, vs. just a superficial "work" level
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people, and the effort to show employees that they are important and cared about. Taking the time to host things like a "virtual holiday party" may seem small, but has really has a huge impact on morale
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency. For example, apparently a large class-action lawsuit was filed against Chegg within the last two months and NOT A SINGLE person from C staff has addressed this with the broader company. Seems like something that employees should hear about from their executive team instead of the news.
