Best thing about leadership team, they are very employee centric and have a clear vision towards customer first and how we can add value to their business hence entire team work towards meeting the same goal.
We all understand and get to know how resources in same role with other organization or a new hire in same role is paid and there is a substantial difference in overall compensation hence that gap has to reduce.
