
They are friendly to talk to and seem like nice people
Everyone is friendly and there are always some or the other events that keeps us entertained
Improving productivity and Outperforming everyone (recognition, promotions and incentives would keep motivated as I am currently losing it profusely)
The incentives arent transparent, and the times we have worked for also gets reduced from the backend so the compensation due also gets reduced which is unfair lack of recognition is provided to the performing employees which demotivates them to go out of their way to perform,
They change the clock in times without even consulting the agents even though they tell the members that they can log in early also change is very difficult to bring in the system even if it is for good and there is a poor change management system. There is lack of recognition and transparency
