I enjoy that my manager and site director care about my personal life. They ask about my newborn and genuinely care about how Im doing.

Ive looked into other "supervisor" positions, and their salaries are much higher than what CNX pays their supervisors/team leaders. We are the most overworked position and we are salary employees. This prevents us from being able to make additional money for the after hours work we are doing.
