They ONLY care about the money. They have NO care for their enployees, low pay , no good benefits , only ONE week paid vacation if you are a manager , you work 6 days a week , you work christmas , thanksgiving , no weekends off , no time for family & if youre sick or hurt you cant take off

I didnt , they just gave me the job because they are short staff only to start you off with minimum wage and so they wont have to help

My crew and customers. Upper management LOVES to find things wrong but will never acknowledge the right or the good, ONLY IF you are of their nationality or a spouse to them

My team is wonderful, its UPPER management that treats everyone like dirt and peons. They literally treat us like we are nothing. If I died at work they'd clock ne out FIRST before calling 911

They perceive to be caring , understanding & as though they VALUE their employees but they DONT & you have to be of their nationality to get 30/60 days OFF. You only get 15 minute breaks and they have LITTLE TO NO STAFF
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Because im not indian, arab or pakistanian and because they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES, we are ONLY a body to them. They use and abuse you and we dont get paid fairly for ALL the work managers do, we're doing a 5 man job just by ourselves
