I was able to compare Sitel from other BPO companies that stays in the industry for the longest time and they provide fair salary than Sitel. I think the company should level up the compensation bracket of the employees.

Last Christmas 2023 I felt unimportant. All Accounts here have their eat out and even celebrated Christmas with their team but my account was not provided that spirit of Christmas bonding. Maybe company should have an increase based on performance again.

The transportation and rice allowance, they add to our budget in order for us to have at least additional transportation allowance. Although it is not anymore fair for I think it has been that amount for so long but at least we have to add to our budget.
