At the start of your job it is very stressful especially if you have not been in a call centre environment before, and there are so many different programmes to learn. There is loads of training available, and support, and if you can just persevere past the first 6 months it gets so much easier.

They understand that we all have lives outside of work, We have our rotas are alway weeks in advance, and we can view the allotments of holidays and can decide for ourselves when and if we want to take the holidays, If there are family emergencies, that crop up, they can generally oblige.

They try their best at supporting you and help you to improve and to better do the job, they show you and discuss with you politely what you might be doing wrong and help understand why the way it should be done is better for both you, the company and the client as a whole.
