It's been mostly great but I feel we're lacking accountability and recognition where it's due, as well as a more solid infrastructure in regards to talent development and generation. We're also much more reactive than preventative in most issues, lack of correct forecasting is a constant issue.

Keeping a solid strategy in place and executing / following up to the best of their ability is something that I quite admire about our current leadership team.

The way they keep being interested about standardizing differences in salary and wellbeing for employees, as well as continuously evolving with the market to offer better service all around, both for internal and external clients.

Lack of follow up for many initiatives and investment for the quality of conditions on many items, talent development, talent generation from language, lack of importance to key subjects and focus from the executive team on these issues.

Generally speaking, the company is very lenient even with its weakest links, and even if there are very high performing people all around, there is usually no negativity but constructive work linked towards people or processes that need extra support.

My team is composed of highly talented individuals, each one with their quirks that make them unique to interact with, and at the same time a high level of performance which allows me to look at strategical objectives without dwelling too much in the BAU.
