There should be more transperancy with in the leadership team
Making everyone feel like we ae really part of this company
There should be a new bonus structure as we have had the same one for mor over 2 years, there should be also a bit more of compensation with in the structure, Staff is also a parto of the team not just agents. If one perosn is rewarded everone should too.
