I like Sitel, although after spending a few years around I came to learn that it has also a lot to improve, the culture is there but it's getting lost on negativity and lack of opportunities. Management is not fearly chosen and that contributes to zero care about the well being of agents in general.

Transportation after business hours should be provided directly from Invercase to home, it should be more organized and personalized and it should be avoided for agents to have to wait for transportation to Embassy before being routed home. Coming home is exhausting due to transportation issues.
