I get happy and proud of being here in Sitel, the job opportunity is great, but I think they should take in consideration changing the supervisor to a person who could take our complaints and put forward to the client. As a matter of fact, 4 agents got out from the company due to better salaries.

The interaction and the team work, but some of them are extremely poor towards the language skills or, as my supervisor, totally poor with the product knowledge.
Che cosa sta andando male e come può essere migliorato?
My supervisor... he's extremely tough-minded and seems to be envy from his agents, even though he says the opposite. He doesn't take our complaints in consideration, he's extremelly patronal and thinks we must accept the low salary and everything the client throws on us.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
I'd like my supervisor to be a person to be more of a leader and less of a boss. He's more worried with the client's needs than with the team's need. Besides that, he doesn't motivate us to get promoted into the operational opportunities neither fight for us for better salaries or so.
