My personal opinion is that if you are on calls for the hole day you get very tired so a change to chats or Email is helpful to get a little rest.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

I feel that the standards to get the Bonus is to high and not completely understandable for the Agents. I feel that a good Agent should get more credit and not only be judged by numbers which can be affected due to a bad couple days or a bad week.
