
Working remotely so I can create my own desk environment. I can take off my shoes, without worrying about a team member smelling my feet.
They are from different states and also different countries. Working at a brick-and-mortar location its mostly team members from different cities or towns. The weather is always different during the day.
As with most times it is a learning experience. Having the option to develop that learning experience for growth, is the most positive about the culture and environment of the company.
Having benefits that I either don't use or rarely us but it always seems good to have them. Even if I don't use it someone else does and in a small way your helping a team member.
Their experience and program knowledge, is what I like best about the leadership team. Finding a way to relate to the team and help with growth is difficult but experience and program knowledge helps accomplish this ,at times, seemingly impossibility.
