
Attitude of "I'm better then you" has development lately in certain team members, Favouritism of certain members means my manager does not pick up on inappropriate behaviours, believes them to be "charm"

Terrible uncomfortable office environment. Lighting causes eye stain, and headaches how many people. No quite or light controlled places to have breaks, all lights are on sensors, unable to switch off. Noise levels! No flexible working or WFH available for my job role, will no reasons given why.
Not a competitive wage, paid min wage when the same role in other companies are paying a lot more. The only real "perk" was the holiday purchase scheme, support staff have now had this taken away as we are not paid enough to opt in for 2025. Apprenticeships have been stopped so no people development
