
The coworkers are funny and great
they should focus more on the team, to make them feel better, focus on the mental health of the employees, instead of shutting opinions down and penalizing the agents over minor details
the coworkers are the best part of being in this project, they are all so full of personality, they are funny and great, but is very much encourage to just not talk or interact with each other
I do feel undervalued, our department does so much for the project and it seems we have a less flexible working environment rather than the frontline department which is getting more benefits, they can enjoy fun activities since they don't have a quota, and they are about to be paid the same as us
they basically want robots that work all day, that never get sick, never show any kind of bad human traits or problems because as soon as we do we either get shut off or get in trouble, no room for mistakes or be vulnerable because there's a serious lack of empathy for the employees and their issues
