The people are the best attribute of the company. Knowing Foundever is a huge international company I expected more structure, more innovation, more benefits and thinking out of the box regarding adequately caring for the employees. It's falling behind compared to competitors. At least at this site.

Not really a package since there's no benefits like expected salary increases, food allowance, etc. Only positive part could be the performance bonus maybe?

Uncertainty. There's a lot of it currently with lots of changes happening, people succumbing to the pressure and wanting to leave. Again, we need to put the employees at the center of attention and ask what they really want and need.

I believe that culture could be improved through satisfied employees. When employees are satisfied with the company and the perks it provides the whole vibe changes. Innovation also needs to improve and the employees need to be placed at the center of attention from executives.
