Continuous development, not just promote people and expect them to perform. Management and mid management often lacks communication skills and is not coached enough.
The people. The company is good at sending positive messages but the day to day reality is different. Colleagues are what make me want to go to work, not high management.
Lack of motivation, no sense of purpose beyond getting the money at the end of the month. FE needs to invest in continuous development. TMs and QAs get a basic training, higher roles not even that, they are just promoted and expected to perform.
