Stop paying people to join and reward who's still here. No need to be on the base salary, give bonuses like other BPOs do. For now, Foundever is the worst.

Demotivation due to not being able to arrive at the end of the month. Choosing between lunching or dining. Seeing bad people being promoted. Seeing bad leaders being rewarded for doing nothing.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
3 years here and I see my new agents getting more than me as TM. After 6 months they leave, and I'm still here receiving less than the new ones you're going to hire again and again. You don't appreciate who stay, but who join you. This is the biggest mistake; not convenient being loyal here.
