Foundever has build a good image for itself. The team higher don't take anything lightly and is always supportive. The team managers on our floor, don't always have people skills and don't deal with peoples emotions too well. Thus far they have not made it worth coming to work.

The leaders is responsible for creating a warm and inviting culture, however their interaction with us as agents is minimal and hence why we don't really interact as a team.

The willingness of the agents to still show up regards of their situations and they are not always able to but the work needs to be done. The management don't always accommodate your circumstances.

The company have great benefits. The salary offer is a good for a starting point but being advised that this will be your salary even after a year is concerning. Their should be consider annual increases. Money drives people at the moment the salary offered is not worth looking forward to.
