I have joined Sitel very recently. Knowing that several of the leaders have been with the company for more than a decade is reassuring that Sitel is a great place to work.

When I was interviewed, I was out of a job for four months. The Talent Acquisition team took advantage of that and didnt offer me a reasonable hike from my previous compensation.

I was offered a very minimal hike over my last salary of the previous company. I felt the Acquisition team took advantage of the fact that I was without a job for four months before I got an offer from Sitel.
