It is very upbeat. It is competitive, but in a fun way. Its a very open, social environment, while still focused and productive.

We are all different, but like minded in the way we work. We have different personalities, but we are all fun, outgoing, and hard working.

You are in charge of your income- you get out what you put in! If you are money driven and a hard worker, you should do well here!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is open and social. You have friends all around you! Anywhere you turn, its people you know, you spend time with your co workers outside of the office, after work, on the weekends. We are a close bunch.
