We do shout out and positive praise announcements everyday in a morning meeting. We also do wrap up reports each week that highlights everyone accomplishments.

I enjoy coming to work and being surrounded by people who are like mided and all willing to work hard. I also enjoy seeing the success of the employees on my team.

We have a servant based leadership team. Are CEO has a relationship with every single person in management in our company. They go above and beyond for every single employee of Insight Global.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best part about our leadership team is they have a servant based mentality. Our CEO and executive team always reponds within 24 hours to any questions, comments or conerns we have regarding the company. The CEO takes time to know our newest employees even in their first few weeks on the job.
