I have been here for over 8 years and thank my lucky stars where I've ended up. I know it had nothing to do with luck, I have worked to get where I am, but at IG I've been provided the support and leadership to achieve my goals and for that I am thankful.

I love how adaptive our leadership team is to individualizing management styles for each person on our team!

We are always celebrating each other! Anytime anyone hits a milestone or does something great, we do something to celebrate whether it's big or small.

It is a very uplifting culture, even when you are having a bad day, there are 100 people around you to make that bad day into a good one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of my favorite things about our team is everyone's voice matters. No matter how long you've been here, if you have a good idea they want to hear about it!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I got to meet with numerous people and they all were very honest with me. No one sugar-coats the job, they tell you it's going to be hard work so you know exactly what you're getting into!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of our compensation package is that our opportunity for earrings is uncapped. You truly get out what you put in. The harder your working, the more money you will make. It's that simple. The cash bonuses, company stock and incentive trips are a huge plus as well!

What I like most about our leadership team is how adaptive they are. They are always trying new things to better the company and make us the absolute best we can possibly be. We believe that doing the same thing everyday will only yield stagnant results, so we are constantly adapting to get better.
