I hit the lottery of professional careers. I owe a lot of what I have in my life to Insight Global. It gets better to work here every year. I feel challenged, I am elevating myself and my ability to succeed in the future every day. Although, Work/Life balance can still improve, I LOVE working at IG!

Being fulfilled. There is never a moment of boredom, there is always SOMETHING that needs to be done. It can feel like your work is never over, but that's also a great thing!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their ability to FIGHT, get taken down, get back up and do it again the next day. This job is very relentless if you let it be and it takes a special kind of person to not let it take a hold or advantage of you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do notice that some of my peers in other departments have more vested interest in terms of bonus / LTIs in the company, even though I have been with the company longer. Because I am on the other track, I am not able to attempt similar LTI achievements.
