It is all about delivering for the greater good and everyone is bought into helping each other and the company.

Everyone wants to not only succeed themselves, but they want the team to succeed. They are always there for each other.

The ability for high-level bonuses is really great. It is nice to strive for and be rewarded for hard work each quarter.

I love that they care about the human first, and then the business. They are all about shaping people positively and the business production will come as a result of that.

Everyone is able to fully be themselves and share who they are. It is celebrated. The company does a great job of providing wholesome things for employees to show appreciation as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like their openness and ability to be "real people." I also enjoy the amount they care. It's refreshing knowing they are in-tune with what is going on in the world as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the initiatives the company puts in place. The Diversity Council and the philanthropic efforts are amazing. I feel like the company just gets it. On top of that, the open environment allows for greater personal relationships.
