My team -- the people who report to me are amazing. They are smart, engaged, and loyal. I treat them very well and they thrive under my management and oversight. I really care about them, their well being, work-life balance, and that they feel valued.

My department environment is fine, except our executive leader does not appropriately advocate on our behalf. My boss who is essentially second in line is treated poorly. She's amazing, extremely smart, and loyal to the company. She also has amazing outcomes from her work and her department.
