I'm celebrating 21 years with Lamar this year. I think my tenure speaks volumes at to what a great company Lamar is. It's been a blessing to be in a positive work environment as well as enjoy the work that I do!

Our GM is an engaging leader. He knows what each person brings to the Company and emphasizes those talents and rewards accordingly.

I think it's the staying power and longevity of the people here. We really are like a family. Especially those of us that have 20 or more years.

This office in particular is a very conducive team. We've worked together a long time and we have a flow that's easy for new employees to join and feel comfortable.

The positive office atmosphere. I never want to take that for granted. I know too many other people who's jobs do not have the luxury of positivity and comradery.

The best part of my compensation package is the flexible work location schedule. As a working mom, it allows me have true work / life balance and never miss a beat!

We have some a conducive, pleasant office environments. I often forget that most business do NOT have what we have. I don't want to take that office "peace" for granted. It's a blessing.

Everyone's understanding to the need for change and progress. Just because something worked 10 years ago doesn't mean it works today. People change and I think Lamar has done a great job evolving to that change.

I've been with Lamar for 21 years and most of this team has been with me. We have a great working relationship. Our office atmosphere is very conducive and fluid. I know it's because we have some of the best people in the company here.

The understanding that we are people with families and children first. I love that there's understanding and support if an employee has a sick kid or family member. There is no pressure to be in the office when we need to care for our loved ones.

The office environment. I know this office is different than most Lamar offices but the people are everything to what makes it work so well. I believe all the managers have done an extremely good job of vetting the best new hires to come to the team.

I've had the pleasure of working with my team for almost 21 years. We have all "grown up" together and are all very well versed in our prospective job titles. I believe the longevity of employment with this particular team is what makes us a conducive unit.

For me is the office / work from home flexibility. As a parent we NEVER want to have to choose between our jobs and our children. Lamar has made it possible for me to be available for my child when he gets off the school bus in the afternoons.
