The easy going, up beat personalities. Able to chat with us but also have clear cut goals. Sales meetings are extremely fluid.

Chatting with co-workers about their personal lives outside of work. Coming in after a weekend is fun to hear about who all did what. It also is fun to get on a hot streak where contracts come in frequently from prior weeks' workings.
