No room for advancement in the senior workers. I learned everything I could. Digital, crane, rigging, signaling. What can I do to advance here. I don't want to be management. I like installing signs outdoors.

More pay to start, some incentive, bonus, something we can look forward to. This is a dead end job.

Anymore when I leave. It use to be how we were a big happy family. Now everyone can't stand working with each other . Very shameful.

This company makes millions of dollars every quarter and the guys who do the work get 3 percent every Year. Not even the cost of living.

They need to work more and get their heads out of their personal phones. The younger employees have no work ethic. They want a paycheck for nothing.

No room for advancement, other then management. Stuck with a 3 percentage every year. I want to be outdoors not in an office. I feel stuck at this job with no fair chance to make any more money. I don't want to leave it like it. Almost 30 years.

They are lazy and whiny and show no teamwork. They are always worried about what the other is doing for the day. I get belittled when I take a day off. The new guys nothing said to the when they do. Is it because they won't do certain jobs they feel overworked.

Some of our opp. Guys have been here for a long time, 20 years plus. We have no way to advance in this job other then being a manager. I personally don't want to be management. So their is no way for me to get ahead. I see your get people getting more money , I learned, and done everything.
