Feeling engaged and heard by my GM.
My coworkers and working with our clients, especially the non-profits.
Most of us have worked together many, many years and feel like family.
The sense of community within the other employees that do that same thing that I do.
My co-workers, but also I enjoy working with the non-profits locally and helping them to be successful in their marketing.
Many of us have worked together for 10 or more years and feel like family. Not just in our local office, but across corporate too.
401 k match is good - it's probably time for them to up that match. Stock options are also a very good benefit. I do feel our medical/dental/vision is very good.
While I do wish I was paid more, our health, stock and vacation benefits are generous I feel. Our office does have flexible work hours as well which is huge and greatly appreciated.
You should qualify the management and executive team. My GM is my executive team. And yes/no answers, the job I spend all of my time at is more than yes/no for answers like this I feel.
He's constantly evolving in his leadership style. As our company grows and changes, he does as well. He does the research on managment/sales/culture - books, podcasts, etc - so that his approach to leading and guiding our team is the same stale tactics from 10+ years ago.
