I feel my overall experience with Medela has been a very positive one! I've been employed with the company for many years and have seen it go through many changes, however, the constant has always been the quality and culture of it's employees has not been compromised.

Medela has a friendly atmosphere. Most people walk around with a smile on their face. It's a culture where employees are willing to help and go above and beyond what is asked of them.
