I just come here to work. People are generally professional, but the difference in work ethic between 1st shift and 2nd shift is literally night and day.

There is little to no accountability for people from 1st shift when not completing their tasks. They aren't following the process to do things and it leaves a lot of extra work for 2nd shift. If they put forth as much effort to do it the right way instead of the wrong way, things would improve.
