Be a better company overall, it's tragic what this company has gone to really. Complete overhaul of HR and Management would be good.

Parental leave which has just barely been updated to something suitable, I feel as that's been lacking for a long time especially for the field of work we're in.

Coworkers need to act they're age and not behave like children. I see 25-40 year olds acting like we're still in high school. It disgusts me to see how these people can act and just overall need better behavior towards each other whether we like each other or not, we're here to work not play around.
