I like working for Medela! However I find the pace to respond to competitive threats extremely slow - this has made our brand incredibly vulnerable and this scares me with regard to future success.

I love my job but it is definitely tough at times not because of the job but because of the red tape and inner workings in our company. Much of this slows down the business process which is unfortunate as we watch our competition meet us at our end game.

I love Medela. what the company represents and how we help millions of babies round the world. My colleagues are amazing and I enjoy the responsibility of the position. What is missing is innovation and new products. We are losing ground fast to competition that is not nearly as good as Medela!!!

WE NEED TO INNOVATE and not just catch up with the competition but be the new cutting-edge company that Medela once was. We are losing brand equity and shelf space in the retail environment so fast that it is scary.

This is by far the best team I have ever worked with. We are small and have similar personalities which is rare in a work setting. We look forward to spending time together and working towards common goals as a team. We can be honest and open during our discussions without consequence.
