Nu Skin has been a home away from home for me. I feel like the company culture matches my own values and it makes my drive to see Nu Skin continue to succeed in the future all the greater.

It's got a great history of helping people and valuing all employees. I feel that social politics is changing that and not for the better, unfortunately. We need to start working on focusing on business success instead of being involved in political activism.

I feel like the company tries to keep the costs relatively low. I appreciate that.

When compared to similar positions in many other companies, I am paid less at Nu Skin.

I know my position is underpaid because I see similar positions online advertised that make more.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Social politics is starting to become common in the work culture and it seems to starting at the executive level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the people that work here. I've seen Nu Skin sacrifice profits for employees. That's really saying something, IMO.

My favorite thing about Nu Skin is the culture. Sometimes I think the executives aren't an example of the culture because they behave differently when not on stage. If we don't follow the culture all of the time, then the culture is meaningless.
