By an organisational change I happened to get demoted while I really outdid myself during Corona times. I understand the reorganisation, however this is the worse type of recognition I have experienced in my career.

Has been great up to a point, but given that I got demoted after top performing reviews, my overall experience is now average. The works remain interesting but the professional perspective is negative.

Great except I got demoted on a top performing year during a reorganisation for structural and operational purposes, for the company to keep on delivering, without consideration since, I just get pulled by higher management when it is needed for projects. No consideration for general team workload.

Not clear of what the team really is? Execs: That they dare real scientific innovation and have a vision beyond cosmetics

The electric car, fair wage, total flexible work (100% telework allowed and freely combinable + 2x3 weeks from abroad), gym, health care, great socializing activities, etc.
