Working at NuSkin is great. However, it seems to me it would be cost saving and more efficient of someone took control of the Sales Managers so we don't end up with so many "HOT/ASAP/PRIORITY" jobs to process at PA, resulting in a lot of overtime and stress!
Force for Good is great
Force for Good, caring management
A job well done, .
Force for Good is the most positive part of this company.
They always listen to my concerns and do what they can to address them.
They work hard, know what my expectations are & strive to meet those expectations.
They are amazing and always go the extra mile to get the job done.
Pay for our positions is substantially lower than at other companies doing the same work.
They're amazing! They can be relied on to get the job done, quality work and on time.
Watching my team put out quality work on time. They all look for ways and make suggestions to improve our output. They're amazing!
They keep us informed of what they see our future to be and how to get the company there. A better pay scale for those of us that are not in the hi-rise would be nice!
My supervisors are amazing. They do the best they can do given what they have to work with. They are supportive and they explain issues we may be having and why we are required to do things a certain way.
Our pay scale is lower than a lot of like businesses near us. I've seen many people leave to go to a better paying job. BUT, I've also seen a lot of them return because of the atmosphere and benefits here at NuSkin...
Now that they gave us a 28%+ increase, I feel like I am making what I deserve & what I earn. Previous increases averaging 3% were laughable (I have NEVER received less than $1/hr, Nuskin's averaged $.30. After a lot of complaining & difficulty hiring people, they finally gave us a decent raise.
Upper mgmt doesn't seem to understand what it takes to do our job. We're bombarded with "priority" jobs that we're expected to get out, when they're a priority because someone in mgmt didn't do their job. We always get it done, but they don't get how much stress & pressure it puts on our entire dept
A raise! It took 6 mo's to give night shift $1/hr differential, then only applied it to the previous 2 mo's. While they hire what I believe is 6 figure execs pretty constantly. We finally got a nice raise when there was more work than we could handle & they couldn't hire people. Kind of like now!
