I had no idea where I was going with my future when I joined RDC. I was changing careers after 20 years. The culture and leadership were amazing. I worked really hard and took the feedback that was given to me and I have had many doors open for me and I am looking forward many more good years.

I like that the leadership team is transparent and you always know where you stand in your position as well as the next steps to be taken for success.

I love that I can go to my team and ask their advice on a situation I may be struggling with and they are happy and willing to lend a hand.

Some of the bet things about my team are the way that they are supportive to one another, want to become better everyday, and the way we all collaborate to stay on the same page.

The most positive thing at my company when it comes to the culture and environment is the acceptance of each individual character and you are recognized for the hard work and efforts you put in.

RDC took into account the inflation that has taken place over the past year and gave everyone a raise. Also, I like the fact that I earn commission as well. This gives me more control of what I can potentially make.
