Great company, great people, but company is very slow moving with innovative features. They do not connect with the modern consumer. UI feels very clunky on mobile with too many clicks compared to Zillow. Compensation is subpar by at least 30%+.

Some teams are understaffed, the work isn't very appealing(and not innovative) and hiring is stagnant while salaries are sometimes 30+% less than competitor compensations for the same position.

Growth opportunities are limited. The work certain teams do is not visible to the rest of the company because of the nature of the work even though highly impactful and thus opportunities to move up are limited for those individuals. Certain teams are greatly understaffed.
