I think compensation is comparable overall but I believe that there is always room for improvement, especially considering the employees all live in areas that have a high cost of living

The communication offered by them is superior to what I have seen before. On that note I do wish there were more clear answers to our questions, but overall the communication is good.

The material to learn the system takes a while to understand but once you do you can become proficient at it which allows for you to communicate with coworkers and everyone here has been nice and welcoming!
