I have 5+ years of experience in the company. I have started as a lead generation, and then into Testing, Business Analyst, and into Lead Customer Support Specialist and I have also doing the Professional Services role.

My Team is a client-facing team that essentially needs good collaboration and teamwork.

I love to solve the problems and I am very happy to interact with people

We are literally concerned about the company culture and environment, which is very helpful to have positive people around us.

I am so happy to work when ever we makes the customer feel happy and proud to be partner with us

I like the trust and confidence they have on us, It makes me to work more sincerely and proactively to achieve company's goal.

The bonus and benefits are highly numbered whenever the company milestone is achieved irrespective of time period. This is the best part about the compensation package.

I like the team which works indefinitely Great!! The best part is co-ordination and communication between the teams which helps us to stay on top of all the deadlines.
